We recommend a deep clean the first time we clean your home so we can maintain it going forward. We also recommend a deep clean once or twice a year for every home. A deep cleans includes everything listed in a standard cleaning with the following add-ons:
-Wet wipe baseboards
-Wet wipe doors
-Wet wipe all outlet and light switch faceplates
-Trim around windows and doors
-Moving light furniture to clean under and behind
-Scrub grout in showers
These are the main items we’ll clean in a deep cleaning, each house has its own needs so for other areas of your home we search for the “hidden dirt”
How should I prepare my home before a cleaning?
Before your cleaning appointment, we recommend a few quick steps to help our team work efficiently. Please tidy up any personal items from countertops and floors. Clearing out the sink and picking up laundry makes it easier for us to clean thoroughly. Lastly, be sure we have access to your home, whether through a door code, garage entry, or a key in a designated spot. There is no need to clean before we arrive. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. For cancellations or reschedules less than 24 hours, a small fee may apply. You can manage your appointments online in your dashboard.
